Olivier Maumaire Named GM Embassy Suites San Juan
February 12, 2010 - Hilton Worldwide announces that Olivier Maumaire has been appointed general manager of the 299-suite Embassy Suites San Juan Hotel & Casino. Olivier most recently served as general manager, Hilton Papagayo Costa Rica Resort & Spa since the resort's pre-opening, preceded by a role as director of operations and executive assistant manager at Caribe Hilton in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
With over 20 years of hospitality experience with Hilton, Olivier began his career at the Hilton Strasbourg, France. Since then, Olivier has held several management positions at hotels in France, Venezuela & Puerto Rico, gaining experience in operations and resort management. He holds a Brevet de Technicien en Hotellerie (Hotel business Technician Licence) from the Hotel & Tourism School of Strasbourg, France.
