Newport News, VA - May 6, 2010 - The Mumford Company once again represented an affiliate of CW Capital in the sale of the Clarion Inn & Suites of Murfreesboro, Tennessee to Gateway Hospitality Services of Tennessee, LLC, a local investment group.
This is the 4th hotel that Mumford Company has sold for affiliates of CW Capital in recent years. The purchasers plan to make cosmetic renovations to the property and retain the Clarion affiliation.
The 179 room property has great access and visibility from Interstate 24. The Clarion Inn & Suites is conveniently located to numerous area demand generators including Middle Tennessee State University, the Murfreesboro VA Hospital, Middle Tennessee Medical Center and numerous retail outlets.
