Luxury Hotel Brand Appoints New Leader to Lead Global Business Travel Sales Efforts for the Organization.
May 20, 2010 - Omni Hotels & Resorts is pleased to announce the appointment of Tracie Houston-Amend as Director of Business Travel Sales effective immediately.
Houston-Amend will develop and direct Omni's Business Travel Sales initiatives and strategies as well as lead the Global Director of Business Travel Team. She will also work to promote the brand through customized multi-hotel agreements with key corporate travel managers.

Prior to joining Omni, Houston-Amend worked for Kimpton Hotels, most recently as the Area Director of Sales and Marketing at the Hotel Palomar and Hotel Lumen, in Dallas. Before joining Kimpton, she served as the Regional Director of Sales for Hotel ZaZa and their two hotels in Dallas and Houston.
