The hotel has a longstanding history in the city, originally opened as office space in 1923 and turned into a hotel in 2006. Guests are welcomed into a cozy living room of a lobby, complete with comfy leather couches and contemporary decorations - including a lamp made entirely out of old keys. The hotel's employees are dubbed “personal hosts,” there to cater to guests and make sure their stay is as comfortable as possible. Hosts are on-call throughout the duration of the stay, from the welcome drink upon check-in to the final checkout.
