GreenTree Inn Hotel Marches into Japan, Allies with Weekly Mansion Tokyo

Shanghai, China - 27, July, 2010 - GreenTree Inn Hotel Management Group Inc.(short for GreenTree Inn Hotel) announced that it would march into Japanese market this year, and ally with Weekly Mansion Tokyo( short for WMT), Japanese well-known business hotel chain.

Both parties believe it is convenient for Japanese people to visit Expo when GreenTree Inn and WMT promote cooperation at this moment. This cooperation includes short-term and long-term cooperation. Short-term cooperation includes both parties' official websites cooperation and promotion, hotel brand promotion and hotel facilities support; long-term cooperation, on the premise of customers' benefits maximization, includes both parties members can enjoy GreenTree Inn Hotel and WMT preferential promotions. At the same time, both parties will have mutual training and communication.

WMT operated short-term serviced apartment rental since 8th, July, 1999, and the total number of serviced apartment rooms accounted to 3,800 in October. In 2001, Flex Stay and The Mansions brands were put on the market. WMT marched into serviced apartment market. In 2005, Hotel My Stays was into market, which means WMT marched into hotel market. WMT has enjoyed great popularity in Japan. Its target consumers are businessmen, visitors and individual customers. Currently, WMT has 550 rooms in Tokyo, aiming to provide convenient, economic serviced apartment.
