The GEM Midtown West Appoints Jose Mojica as GM
The GEM Hotel Midtown West, operated by Gemini Real Estate Advisors, LLC, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jose Mojica as general manager. A New York City native, Jose will oversee daily operations of the 39-room boutique hotel, including guest services and a team of 15 associates.

Prior to joining GEM, Jose served as general manager of Courtyard by Marriott in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, where he was responsible for overseeing the hotel's opening and training the executive committee, as well as increasing ADR, RevPar and hotel occupancy during his tenure. He previously held general manager positions at the Courtyard by Marriott in Miramar, Puerto Rico and the Holiday Inn Express in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
