Holiday Inn Resort Aruba Taps Vincente Ordoñez For Exec Chef
October 22, 2010 - The Holiday Inn Resort Aruba announced today the appointment of Vincente Ordoñez to the position of Executive Chef. A longtime veteran of the hospitality industry, Ordoñez carries more than 20 years of food and beverage management experience with notable hotels and restaurants throughout the U.S. and Latin America.
Immediately prior to joining the Holiday Inn Resort Aruba team, Ordoñez spent four years as an Executive Chef at MGM Las Vegas. He has also served as an Executive Chef at The Lodge at Whitefish Lake (Montana), The Grand America Hotel (Salt Lake City, Utah), Hotel Intercontinental (Medellin, Columbia), Metairie Country Club (Metairie, Louisiana), and the Hotel Del Lago Intercontinental (Maracaibo, Venezuela).
