Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - November 3, 2010 - Garza Blanca Preserve, Resort & Spa proudly announces the appointment of Christian Rodriguez as the Director of Sales and Marketing. In his new position, Mr. Rodriguez will oversee all sales and marketing efforts for the company. Mr. Rodriguez brings extensive sales experience to his new position.

Rodriguez joins Garza Blanca Preserve Resort & Spa from the Blue Tulum Golf and Spa Resort, where he served as Director of Sales and Marketing. For the past decade, Rodriguez has promoted and marketed premiere hotels and resorts throughout Mexico. Having a wide-range of marketing expertise, Rodriguez has displayed an outstanding track record of accomplishments in sales to the US and European markets.
Rodriguez began his career as a sales manager for Lomas Travel and El Dorado Resorts & Hotels. He later worked with NH Krystal as a Sales Manager in Cancun, Ixtapa and Puerto Vallarta. He has also served as International Sales Manager for Paraiso de la Bonita Resort & Thalasso Spa in Riviera Maya. In 2007 Rodriguez moved to Ceiba del Mar Beach & Spa Resort in Riviera May to serve as Director of Sales where he lead all sales and marketing efforts, directing reservations, e-commerce, groups, weddings and managed all public relations and sales representatives abroad.
Rodriguez earned his bachelors degree in International Relations from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey in Mexico. Fluent in English and Spanish, and conversational in French, Christian Rodriguez brings exceptional skills in sales and marketing in the travel industry.
