8 November 2010, Singapore - Join Orchard Hotel in the revelry as we gather to celebrate the final twinkle of 2010. Feast on lavish spreads as we welcome in the New Year!

Orchard Cafe (Lobby level)
Diners will be greeted by the aroma from the spread of culinary delights! Feast on succulent cuts of meats such as Oven Roasted Leg of Lamb and Roast Australian Prime Ribs to ocean-fresh Seafood such as Poached Maine Lobster, Spanner Crabs and assorted Sashimi. Look out for our Live Cooking Stations serving festive specials such as Lobster with Truffle Risotto and Sauteed Wild Mushroom with Herbs. Other Western and Local favourites include Crab Bisque served with Garlic Crouton, Shepherd Pie, Pan Seared Duck Breast and Grilled Peaches, Apple and Cinnamon Sauce, John Dory Fillets with Sambal Chilli, Braised Oxtail, Wok-Fried Scallops with Asparagus in XO Sauce and more. Round off your meal with a delightful spread of desserts such as White Chocolate Mousse with Cherry Compote and Crispy Feulletine, Chocolate Fountain with Strawberry, Pineapple, Plum, Grapes and Melon Skewer, among other festive Pastries.

The New Year's Eve Buffet Lunch is available from 12:00pm - 2:30pm at $52 per adult and $28 per child, while the New Year's Eve Buffet Dinner is from 6:00pm - 10:30pm at $90 per adult and $47 per child.

The New Year's Day Lunch is served from 11:30am - 2:30pm at $62 per adult and $33 per child, while the New Year's Day Buffet Dinner is from 6:00pm - 10:30pm, at $68 per adult and $36 per child. The New Year's Eve and Day High Tea is served from 3:00pm - 5:00pm at $38 per adult and $21 per child

Hua Ting Reataurant (Level 2)
The culinary masters at award-winning Hua Ting have created exquisite New Year set menus for a perfect twist to ring in a joyous New Year with your loved ones! Diners will get to enjoy Pan-Fried Fillet of Kurobuta Pork, Sauteed Shark's Fin with Fresh Crab Meat served with Superior Broth, Braised Sliced Abalone with Goose Webs and Seasonal Greens in Superior Oyster Sauce and more.

Hua Ting New Year Set Menus are available on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day for lunch from 11:00am - 2:30pm and dinner from 6:30pm - 10:30pm at $168 for two persons, $328 for four persons, $668 for eight persons and $788 for ten persons.

Countdown Party at Intermezzo Bar (Lobby Level)
An annual medley of booze, music and excitement, the Countdown Party at Intermezzo Bar takes centre stage as we usher in the New Year with a bang! Be immersed in the live band entertainment as you relish unique flavours of our Festive Cocktail Concoctions, Santamezzo - a scarlet red blend of vodka, fruit liqueur and tropical juice served in a martini glass and Lollimezzo - a mint green non alcoholic drink topped with whipped cream, a dash of grenadine syrup and a “mini fruit skewer”. Come and join in the fun as Intermezzo Bar opens till 2am!
