Pantai Lima Estate, Bali, Promotes Mr Arthur Perrin to GM
November 22, 2010 - Arthur Perrin has just been promoted General Manager of Pantai Lima Estate, Bali by Mathias Echene, one of the owners.
For the past year, Perrin has held several managerial positions in the ultra-luxury beachfront villa estate, and most recently was Operations Manager.
Before joining Pantai Lima in May 2009, he worked in Australia where he held several high-ranking positions in restaurants in Sydney and in Byron Bay.
Prior to moving to Asia and Australia, Perrin had been trained, among others, at The Savoy, London, run by famous Chef Gordon Ramsay. Commenting on Perrin's appointment, Mathias Echene said : "at age 26 only, but with already more than 7 years experience in the hospitality industry, Arthur is ideally positioned to lead the Pantai Lima staff one notch higher towards excellence".
