Paramount Lodging Advisors Strengthens its Florida Team
With addition of Howard Bergen
December 10, 2010 - Paramount Lodging Advisors (PLA) is excited to announce the addition of Howard Bergen as an associate of the company's growing team. This announcement comes on the heels of the October opening of its newest office in Florida, headquartered in Naples, Florida.
Howard brings to the team more than a decade of hotel real estate experience in mixed-use hotel development projects in the central and west coast of Florida, including regional hotel and restaurant acquisition and development. Mr. Bergen also has facilitated the procurement of equity, debt and mezzanine financing for hospitality related projects. He will be collaborating with Managing Director Mike Bou-Sliman and associate Kevin Down on hotel transactions in Florida and the Southeastern United States while operating from PLA's satellite office in Tampa.
According to Bou-Sliman, “Howard brings the experience that we want on the Paramount team - an extensive hotel operations background that allows us to understand the needs of buyers and sellers in today's market. The addition of the Tampa office is part of a strategic set-up to be able to cover the Florida and Southeast markets effectively.”
