He is currently president of the St. Lucia Hotel & Tourism Association, a position he has held on three separate terms.
He graduated from Bournemouth College's University of Dorset United Kingdom with Membership to the Hotel & Catering Institutional Management Association and has held senior positions in the region's leading resorts including Sandy Lane, Glitter Bay and Royal Pavilion, all in Barbados, Ciboney in Jamaica, St James's Club in Antigua and Windjammer Landing in St Lucia.
