HFTP-U Kicks Off With Free SharePoint Seminars Across the U.S.
Austin, TX, USA - January 4, 2011 - After recently launching HFTP University (HFTP-U), the program is kicking off it's educational opportunities with Technology Knowledge Share seminars. Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP), along with Datanamics, are offering the Microsoft SharePoint seminars for free to members and for a nominal fee for nonmembers.
The four hour training seminars are being offered around the U.S. on:
- January 10 in Las Vegas, Nev.
- January 19 in Washington, D.C.
- January 24 in Orlando, Fla.
- January 26 in Dallas, Texas
The free seminars are designed for individual contributors or departmental staff with basic SharePoint skills who have the responsibility of managing SharePoint sites or for those interested in learning more about the SharePoint software. Using Microsoft SharePoint allows professionals to set up web sites to share information with others, manage documents from start to finish and publish reports to help staff make better decisions. The seminars cover basic understanding on managing content, effeciently collaborating a team, easily finding content, records compliance and more.
