The retreat will feature informative breakout sessions and demonstrations focusing on natural health options including meals prepared by Agnieszka Zoltowski of The New Leaf Catering and Shanti Moon of Nourishing Elements; keynote presentations by Dave the Raw Trucker and Thomas and Gabrielle Chavez of Compass of Grace; sound healing and music by Kendra Carpenter; juice cleansing seminars with Penni Shelton, and much more.

The Explore Raw Vitality wellness workshop begins Friday, March 18 at 2 p.m. and ends Saturday, March 19 at 5 p.m. The cost is $199 per person for early registration by Feb. 19, 2011 or $259 thereafter.
