Hospitality Management Appoints Terri Porter GM of Omaha Crowne Plaza
Dallas, TX - February 3, 2011 - Leo Spriggs, President/CEO of Hospitality Management Corporation (HMC), is pleased to announce our addition of Teri Porter as General Manager at the Crowne Plaza Omaha - Old Mill.
Porter has over 30 years of hotel experience, across multiple departments in all aspects of hotel operations. Recently, she has been running her own hospitality consulting company. She began working with HMC as interim General Manager at a couple of HMC properties and will now be taking on the General Manager's position at the Crowne Plaza Omaha - Old Mill.
She has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management and is a Certified Hotel Administrator. “Teri was previously with Carlson hotels for 23 years working with full service properties in a variety of corporate positions that included international portfolio responsibilities and for the past decade she was a district director for Carlson. In addition, she has held several General Manager positions at full-service properties and also has F & B experience” commented Spriggs. “I believe Teri will add real value as she blends Hospitality Management Corporation systems and processes with her hands on approach.”
