Marriott ExecuStay Welcomes Susan Weeks as GM
Corporate housing veteran to lead the Atlanta market.
February 9, 2011 - Marriott ExecuStay®, a leader in furnished apartments, temporary and corporate apartments is pleased to announce that Susan Weeks has been named general manager of the Atlanta market. Weeks is employed by Mainsail, operator of Marriott ExecuStay in Georgia.
As general manager, Weeks is responsible for the brand's overall strategic business direction, operations and sales management in the Atlanta market. She will also oversee hotel, vendor and housing community partnerships.
“Susan is passionate about delivering quality service, and her corporate housing management, sales and marketing experience will contribute to our efforts of increasing market share and brand awareness,” said Jana Collier, Mainsail managing partner. “We are thrilled to have her leading this market as we work to solidify ExecuStay's position as a leader in the corporate housing industry.”
Weeks has nearly 20 years of corporate apartment experience with a strong background in sales and marketing. Before joining ExecuStay, Weeks was assistant general manager for Post Corporate Apartments in Atlanta. Weeks earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Tampa.
Mainsail operates Marriott ExecuStay franchises in Florida, Georgia and in North and South Carolina. Based in Tampa, the company was started in 1999 and in 2003, began to acquire Marriott ExecuStay franchises in the Southeast.
