Names Jack Elkins SVP of Project Management, Promotes Craig Lambert to EVP and Philip Wade to SVP

Orlando, FL - February 23, 2011 - Inland American Lodging Advisor, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Inland American Business Manager and Advisor (“Inland American”), announced today that Jack Elkins has been named senior vice president of project management. Previously, Mr. Elkins held a similar position at CNL Hotels & Resorts, Inc. and its successor Pyramid Advisors. Prior to joining CNL, Mr. Elkins was an executive- level manager with Welbro Building Corporation and has more than 30 years of commercial design and construction experience. The company also announced it has promoted Craig Lambert to executive vice president of asset management and Philip Wade to senior vice president of investments. Mr. Lambert and Mr. Wade both joined Inland American in 2007 with the formation of its lodging investment platform.
