Mumford Company Completes Sale of Best Western Roanoke Rapids, NC

Newport News, VA - March 14, 2011 - Mumford Company was pleased to represent Nationwide Properties in the sale of the Best Western of Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina.
The property was sold to Desi Brothers Investments, LLC, a regional hotel developer and operator, for an undisclosed price. After, mainly cosmetic, renovations the property will remain in the Best Western family of hotels.
With excellent visibility and access from Interstate 95, this 100 room hotel is well located for both local corporate and transient demand. The sale included an onsite restaurant facility that is to be renovated and reopened along with additional acreage for future development.
