Award-winning Seattle restaurant presents three Easter brunch specials

SEATTLE, WA - March 14, 2011 - Copperleaf Restaurant at Cedarbrook Lodge, a quintessentially Northwest farm-to-table restaurant located on 18 acres of restored wetlands in Seattle, will offer three dining options for guests to celebrate with family and friends on Sunday, April 24.

“The Easter season is a really exciting time at Copperleaf,” said Culinary Director Roy Breiman. “New herbs and vegetables are in season at our Chefs garden, flowers are blooming, and it's an overall great time to gather with loved ones around excellent Northwest cuisine.”

An Easter brunch buffet will be served in Tamarack Hall from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., featuring Northwest favorites including Cinnamon French Toast with Apple Chutney and Maple Syrup, Salumi and Artisan Cheeses with Cascade Fruit Marmalade and Spiced Nuts, Slow Roasted Pineapple Glazed Ham, Cedarbrook Cobb Salad, Slow Roasted Leg of Lamb with Mint Jelly and Rosemary Sauce, Snoqualmie Ice Cream Buffet, and more. The Easter brunch buffet is $49.95 for adults and $24.99 for children ages five and older.

In addition to the buffet, a four-course prix-fixe lunch will be offered in Copperleaf Restaurant from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., featuring meticulously plated specialties prepared by Executive Chef Mark Bodinet including Organic Aspen Hollow Spring Lamb and Steibrs Grass-Finished Beef Short Ribs. The prix-fixe four-course lunch is $49 per person.

For those opting for a more casual approach to Easter, a selection of small plates and an a la carte menu will be offered all day in Copperleaf Restaurant and Bar.
