RADCO Companies Names Patrick Poggi Managing Director of Hospitality Acquisitions
Atlanta, GA - June 2, 2011 - The RADCO Companies, a national real estate development firm with an established record of successful workouts of fractured condos, multi-family, mixed-use, resort and master planned communities, has named Patrick Poggi managing Director of Hospitality Acquisitions & Advisory Services. The announcement was made by Norman Radow, President and CEO of The RADCO Companies.
Mr. Poggi brings over 20 years of experience spanning all aspects of hotel development, portfolio/asset management, brokerage and consulting to this new position. At RADCO, he will assist clients with evaluating hospitality assets, expand the company's workout and value recovery services in this specialty, and aid RADCO in acquiring hotel properties and notes.

Poggi has an MBA and a BS in Hotel Administration from Cornell University. He is a Life Member of the Cornell Hotel Society, and a member of the Hospitality Asset Managers Association (HAMA).
