The property collected a Readers Choice Award from ConventionSouth magazine for exceptional creativity and professionalism in serving the meetings and conventions industry. ConventionSouth Award nominations were solicited by direct mail, promotions in the magazine and through an interactive Web site. The award is presented only to top vote getters out of approximately 2,000 meeting sites and Convention and Visitor Bureaus.
The Beach Club obtained a perfect score from Signature by displaying the utmost confidence in nine areas, including answering the phone within three rings and projecting an appropriate greeting.
