June 17, 2011 - 8Hotels today announced it has entered into a definitive long-term management agreement to operate a 96 room Pensione Hotel in Perth, WA.
The property currently known as Aarons Hotel Perth will undergo a $3.5m refurbishment to all guest rooms and common areas and re - branded Pensione Hotel Perth. Pensione Hotel Perth is superbly located in the heart of Perth's CBD, a stones throw from Murray St Shopping centre, and a short walk to the Swan River.
