Litchfield Hills Connecticut Boutique Hotel Sold

Philadelphia PA - June 21, 2011 - Optimum Hotel Brokerage announced today that the firm has closed on the sale of the Litchfield Inn, a 32-unit boutique hotel in the affluent Litchfield Hills region of Connecticut. Joseph R. McCann, Optimum's president, was the exclusive hotel broker and Licensed Connecticut Real Estate Broker representing the Florida-based trustee for the estate of its original owner and developer, James Irwin. The hotel was sold for more than $65,000 per room.

The buyer is planning a complete renovation of the guest rooms.
