Theresa Zupon Named DoHR for Longboat Key Club & Resort in Florida
Longboat Key, FL - July 22, 2011 - Theresa Zupon has been named Director of Human Resources for the Longboat Key Club & Resort located on Longboat Key, Florida. She comes to the Club with an extensive background in Human Resource leadership for multiple four-diamond and five-star properties including Noble House Hotel & Resorts, Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa, The Beverly Hills Hotel and Westin Hotels & Resorts.
With a strong focus on employee training and development, employee relations, benefits administration and the implementation of new employee initiatives, Ms Zupon will focus on development and retention opportunities and the implementation of new health and wellness programs for the employees of the resort.
