Speakman Company Appoints Robert Knoll as COO
Speakman Company, the 143 year old plumbing manufacturer has appointed Robert Knoll as their first ever COO.
July 29, 2011 - The company that supplies shower heads to well known hotels has appointed Robert “Bob” Knoll as the first Chief Operating Officer of Speakman Company in its143 year history.
Knoll joins Speakman from Easthill/East Wood Company where he was President and COO for the Easthill Group, Inc. Knoll was responsible for domestic and international third-party fulfillment and logistics including the inbound/outbound call center, customer service, inventory planning, sourcing, and warehousing and distribution services to small and mid-size companies in the greater Philadelphia area.
Knoll joins Speakman at an exciting time and will play a major part in the company's growth initiatives in commercial plumbing and residential shower and bath. Knolls key role will focus on the fulfillment process, improving forecasting and streamlined communication on the supply chain team.
In 2011, Speakman introduced 30+ new shower head products and is gearing up to launch and full suite of bathroom fixtures.
