Malcolm Zancanaro Named GM of 825-room Grand Hyatt Beijing in China
Beijing, China - 8 August 2011 - Grand Hyatt Beijing has announced the appointment of Malcolm Zancanaro as General Manager effective 1 August 2011. Malcolm has been with Hyatt for over 20 years, his career includes more than 10 years in senior management positions in Hyatt properties.
Most recently Malcolm was General Manager at Hyatt Regency Qingdao where he was preparing for the opening of the property. Prior to this Malcolm was Hotel Manager of Grand Hyatt Beijing, which he and his team have successfully positioned as the best hotel in the city. Prior to Beijing Malcolm was Director of Food and Beverage - Asia Pacific based in Hyatt's Divisional Office in Hong Kong.
