Hilton Announces Executive Management Changes
BEVERLY HILLS, CA, February 2, 2007. Hilton Hotels Corporation (NYSE:HLT) announced the following appointments and executive management changes. Effective March 1, 2007, the following executives will report directly to Matthew J. Hart, President and Chief Operating Officer:

Thomas L. Keltner assumes the title of Executive Vice President, Hilton Hotels Corporation and Chief Executive Officer - Americas and Global Brands. In this role, he will have operational responsibility for The Americas, in addition to overseeing the global Hilton Family of Brands. Mr. Keltner had been President - Brand Performance and Franchise Development Group.

Ian R. Carter remains Executive Vice President, Hilton Hotels Corporation and Chief Executive Officer - Hilton International, with responsibility for hotel operations outside The Americas.

James T. 'Tim' Harvey assumes the title of Executive Vice President - Global Distribution Services and Chief Information Officer, overseeing the company's distribution activities in addition to its technology programs. Mr. Harvey had been Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer.

Antoine Dagot is promoted to Executive Vice President, Hilton Hotels Corporation in addition to his existing position as President and Chief Executive Officer, Hilton Grand Vacations Company, the company's timeshare business.

Molly McKenzie-Swarts is promoted to Executive Vice President - Human Resources, Diversity and Administration. Ms. McKenzie-Swarts had been Senior Vice President - Human Resources and Administration.
