Langham Appoints First VP - Development Middle East
September 28, 2011 - Langham Hospitality Group has appointed Sam-Erik Ruttmann to the position of Vice President - Development (Middle East) as it continues its drive for growth along the “New Silk Road” of China, India and the Middle East.
Sam-Erik has enjoyed a career spanning 30 years in the luxury hospitality sector. His most recent career appointment was Regional Vice President of Development for a Thai-based hospitality brand, helping to set up its development office in the region. He has also enjoyed leadership positions at property level for luxury hospitality brands with General Manager roles in Indonesia, Kuwait, Finland and Thailand.
