With over 30 years of experience, Ms Johnson's diverse skill set includes asset management,brand efficacy analyses, benchmarking analyses, acquisition due diligence, condominium pricing and absorption studies, feasibility studies, general hospitality consulting, highest and best use studies, litigation support, the negotiation of management contracts, and valuations.
Over the course of her consulting career Ms. Johnson has held leadership positions with Pannell Kerr Forster, Marriott International, Gloodt Associates, PKF Consulting, Landauer Associates, Jones Lang Hotels and, most recently, Warnick + Co.
