Dolce Announces Banner Results for 2006

Honors Sales Force at Annual International Sales Conference

MONTVALE, NJ, February 6, 2007. Dolce International the global hospitality company specializing in the meetings experience for its customers, recently brought together all the Sales and Marketing Associates and general managers from Europe and North America for their annual international sales conference, at Lakeway Resort and Spa in Austin, Texas. The theme of this year's conference was Dolce Rocks Austin.

The meeting began with a state of the union address presented by Andy Dolce, chairman and managing partner of Dolce International and Steve Giblin, president and COO. "Dolce International had an exceptional year!" declared Giblin. He then went on to thank all the associates for achieving a 14% increase in revenue growth, 28% increase in NOI and 16.5% increase in RevPar. "Our RevPar growth was almost double that of the industry" Giblin added to loud applause and cheers. Andy Dolce next spoke to the group about the company's growth strategy over the next five years, growing the brand in North America and Europe by continuing to build the conference center sector and building Dolce's presence in the resort and conference hotel sectors.

In between some continuing education sessions, handing out awards to its top sales executives for 2006, and revving up for 2007, associates also had some fun with friendly team building competitions on Lake Travis.

The highlight of the conference, the awards ceremony, showcased the best in sales and provided well-deserved recognition. Dolce Sitges from Barcelona, Spain won two of the top awards. Susana Casado won "Director of Sales and Marketing of the Year" and Nadine Bernhard won "Global Sales Manager of the Year" surpassing her goal by over $2 million.

Recipients of Dolce's other top sales awards for 2006 included:

o "Sales Team of the Year" to American Airlines Training and Conference Center

o "Conference Sales Manager of the Year" to Darlene Wilde of Oak Ridge

o "Catering Sales Manager of the Year" to Lydia Floury of Dolce Chantilly

o "Travel & Leisure Sales Manager of the Year" to Kelly Parkhurst of Oak Ridge

o "General Manager of the Year" to Cedric Fasbender of Dolce Hayes Mansion

o Eight individuals were also named "Target Achievers of the Year" and nine individuals were inducted into the "President's Circle."

"We are extremely proud of the efforts of all our sales associates and honor them for their team spirit, leadership and outstanding sales performance," stated Andy Dolce, Chairman and Managing Partner. "Each individual works as part of a larger team selling the Dolce Brand and that is what makes them successful."

Dolce has recently announced the grand opening of two new properties, Zermatt Resort & Spa near Park City, Utah which opened during the summer of 2006 and the brand new Dolce La Hulpe Brussels which opened February 1, 2007 and is the largest conference resort in Europe for Dolce.
