Ten different sangria recipes? Yes - Moroccan, with a blend of red wine, Disaronno amaretto, orange and cranberry juices with a touch of wildberry; Jeffreys with a combination of red wine, pumpkin, honey and vodka; Blue Clerico offers authentic local flavor, featuring white wine, blue Curaçao, vodka and lemon juice and Santorini, with white wine, orange Curaçao, pineapple juice, ginger beer and mango, are just a few. What's a beach without a great burger? SHOR's culinary team has crafted a collection of gourmet burgers sure to please the palates of traditionalists and those looking for something a little different. The lunch menu includes options such as a Grilled Gulf Shrimp Burger, topped with spicy cucumber, cilantro and red cabbage slaw, Seared Blue Crab Burger with basil-corn spread and tomato salad and a Buffalo Chicken Burger, topped with ranch dressing, bacon and pepper jack. Of course there is also an All-American Beef Burger and even a vegetarian Spicy Black Bean Burger. Burgers can be paired with one of five specialty shakes including Tropical Coconut Macaroon and Carmel Pecan Pie.
In addition to the above, MEDI offers a variety of Mediterranean-inspired dishes including pastas, risottos, paella and a selection of hot and cold antipasti. SHOR also offers a playful dinner menu with crab cakes and shrimp spring rolls in the “Bait Em” section, specialties such as Pan Roasted Red Snapper in the “Catch Em” section and a variety of seasoned steaks and seafood in the “Grill Em + Fire Em” section.
