Christina began her Hyatt career at the Park Hyatt Toronto in 1998 as a sales coordinator. Her hard work, perseverance, and communication style quickly singled her out. In six years she climbed the corporate ladder to the director of sales position and has since led the team to many successes. In her role, she has positively impacted Park Hyatt Toronto, while solidifying the brand's presence as a luxury operator in North America. Her team was recognized as Sales Team of the Year in 2010 for Hyatt Hotels North America. Christina's leadership and open door policy has positively impacted the employee Engagement Scores and Customer Service Scores, while ensuring increased revenues year over year. This long standing Managing Committee member is not only involved in local organizations such as Tourism Toronto's Luxury Marketing Committee, but she has also served as a trainer and mentor within the Park Hyatt brand where her brilliance has helped to groom junior sales managers.
