The Grand Bohemian Hotel Asheville Welcomes New Director of F&B Jeff Congdon
ASHEVILLE, NC - March 8, 2012 - The Kessler Collection is proud to announce Jeff Congdon as the new director of food and beverage at the award-winning Grand Bohemian Hotel Asheville, an artistic European, lodge-inspired boutique hotel in Asheville, N.C. Congdon will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations for the hotel, including in-room dining, lounge operations, banquet dining and the outstanding on-site restaurant, Red Stag Grill.

Jeff Congdon, a veteran in the hospitality business, has more than 20 years of progressive food and beverage management experience. His extensive career in the hospitality industry includes the Kiawah Island Golf Resort near Charleston, N.C., the Cloister Hotel located in Sea Island, Fla., and most recently The Greenbrier in White Sulphur Springs, W.V. Congdon attended Johnson & Wales University where he maintained an impressive 4.0 GPA while achieving an associate degree in culinary arts and a bachelor of science in hotel management.
