Choice Signs Second Cambria Contract In Savannah
FEBRUARY 14, 2007. Choice Hotels International (NYSE: CHH) continues to build developer interest in the new upscale Cambria Suites brand with the announcement of its second contract for a property to be located in Savannah, Georgia. This hotel will be located in Savannah's historic downtown area. The new downtown property, approved by the Savannah historical board, will be owned by local developer RK USA Hotels.
An all-suites hotel, Cambria Suites boasts a design that is more intimate and less institutional than traditional hotel decor and guestrooms are 25 percent larger than standard hotel rooms and feature separate living and work areas.

This marks the second contract for a Cambria Suites hotel in Savannah, the first of which will be located near the Savannah International Airport, and the fourth Cambria Suites contract is the state of Georgia for worldwide lodging franchisor Choice Hotels.
