Foundation Stone Has Been Laid by Foremost Hospitality in Heidelberg.
Foremost Hospitality has laid the foundation stone for their new Hotel in Heidelberg
Berlin - July 12, 2012 - On July 6th the hotel management company Foremost Hospitality laid the foundation stone for a new hotel together with the STRABAG Real Estate GmbH. With this a big step has been taken for the development of the Kurfürsten-Anlage in Heidelberg. As well as the Holiday Inn Express, office and retail space are also being built. The main contractor on this project, due to be finished by the end of 2013 is Ed. Züblin AG.
Anthony Stein, the Director of Operations at Foremost Hospitality, attended the celebrations and stated: “The Foremost Group is very pleased about this development with the STRABAG Real Estate GmbH as Heidelberg is an important cultural city.”
This development will be comprised of over 5000m² of office and retail space, 200 public car parking spaces and the 152 rooms of the Holiday Inn Express Hotel. Like all hotels that are managed by Foremost Hospitality, the Holiday Inn Express will be a strictly non smoking hotel, which has always been seen as a very positive aspect by the guests. Amenities such as the complementary continental breakfast, Flat Screen TVs in all the 152 rooms, Wireless Internet, Power Showers and complimentary Tea and Coffee making facilities are available to all guests.
The Foremost Group are planning to add 12 more Hotels to their portfolio by 2016 including Hotels in Hamburg, Leipzig, Munich, Düsseldorf as well as two hotels in Nurnberg.
