Hotel Equities Chosen by Liberty University to Manage Hotel Adjacent to Lynchburg, VA Campus
Atlanta, GA - July 17, 2012 - Atlanta-based Hotel Equities recently acquired the management contract for the 131-room Wingate by Wyndham hotel in Lynchburg, Virginia, adjacent to the campus of Liberty University. Liberty University recently purchased the hotel and has hired Hotel Equities as the management company. Hotel Equities' portfolio now includes five properties in Virginia.
The largest Christian university in the world, Liberty University found a synergy of culture and values with Hotel Equities, a company founded on Christian principles by President and CEO Fred Cerrone in 1989.

The Wingate hotel, built in 1998, experienced a complete renovation in 2009. Located on Candlers Mountain Road, it stands across from Liberty University's year-round ski slope at Liberty Mountain Snowflex Center and provides a beautiful view of the campus.
