Hubert Joly Resigns as Chairman of Rezidor's Board of Directors
Staffan Bohman Assumes Position on an Interim Basis
September 11, 2012 - The Rezidor Hotel Group AB today announced that Hubert Joly has resigned from his position as Chairman of Rezidor's Board of Directors with immediate effect. Joly has also on 17 August 2012 resigned from his position as President & CEO of Carlson, Rezidor's majority shareholder.
Staffan Bohman, Vice Chairman of Rezidor's Board of Directors, takes over Joly's Chairman responsibilities on an interim basis and until Rezidor's next Board meeting later in September.
