Boomerang Opens First GuestHouse International in Anchorage, AK
September 21, 2012 - Boomerang Hotels announces the opening of the newest GuestHouse International® Inn & Suites in Anchorage, Alaska. Located at 321 East 5th Avenue, the Anchorage GuestHouse International (formerly the Days Inn Anchorage Downtown) is owned and operated by Plaza Inn Hotels, Inc.

We were looking to reposition the property more in the mid-price hotel segment and we believe GuestHouse Inn and Suites will afford us that opportunity."
In the heart of downtown Anchorage, the non smoking 130 room GuestHouse International features several room types including standard, double queen and queen suites all with microwave and refrigerator. Kitchenettes and handicapped accessible rooms are also available. Complimentary hotel amenities include free Wi-Fi, gym, business center, guest laundry, lobby Internet kiosk, and free shuttle service to and from the airport and railway station. Spa services and meeting rooms are added attractions for business and leisure travelers.
