Menin Hotels Adds to South Florida Presence with Gale and Regent South Beach
Miami Beach historic property set to open December 2012, now taking reservations
Miami - October 5, 2012 - Adding a new property to its rapidly expanding portfolio, prominent Miami-based hospitality group Menin Hotels has announced plans to accept reservations in anticipation of its latest project, Gale and Regent South Beach's opening on December 4, 2012.
Originally built in 1941 by Miami architect L. Murray Dixon, the historic property is located in the heart of South Beach, on the Southwest corner of 17th Street and Collins Avenue. Maintaining its original name and structure, Gale & Regent South Beach will reopen following its $35 million restoration and renovation to reveal an updated Italian Riviera-influenced design that pays homage to its vintage Miami roots.
Gale and Regent South Beach will be home to several new dining options, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a subterranean nightclub, Chicago's famed speakeasy-inspired lounge Drumbar and a 5,000-square-foot rooftop pool deck with expansive ocean and city views.
