New Office to be Management and Operations Hub for all DSA Brands
New York, NY - November 14, 2012 - DSA Property Group, a real estate holdings firm and parent company of DSA Realty and DSA Management Co. Inc., has announced the opening of its new corporate office in Manhattan's historic Flatiron District. The firm has signed a seven-year lease for a 2,200-square-foot office at 60 Madison Avenue. The office is currently open.

The new office will be the operations hub and management office for all of DSA's brands which include DSA Management Co. Inc., a 25 year-old, private, family-owned real estate company which has grown from a small local company to a multi-national organization with over 100 employees. Properties currently owned and under management consist of 1,000 units throughout New York City, as well as developments in Upstate New York, New Jersey, and Jerusalem, Israel.
The company also operates DSA Realty Services, a full-service residential and commercial real estate brokerage that was founded in 2007 by Arik Lifshitz and Jesse Rhinier. The 5,000 sq. ft. storefront office is located at 113 East 12th Street, between 3rd and 4th Avenues. The firm currently has 50 agents working in that office.
