W Scottsdale to Unveil Six New Specialty Suites

November 16, 2012 - W Scottsdale is pleased to announce that it will debut six new specialty suites in January 2013. The new accommodations will be located on a private wing of the hotel's sixth floor, accessible only by guests of the six suites.

This elite group of six custom suites will offer a new level of luxury to W Scottsdale guests. Debuting in January 2013, the accommodation selection will include a one-bedroom Wow Suite, four two-bedroom Wow Suites and an astounding 2,200-square-foot Extreme Wow corner suite.

These sixth-floor specialty suites are accessible via private elevator, which opens to a chic corridor, complete with crystal chandeliers, sultry electronic tones and rich dark wood paneled doors. The suites feature commanding views of Scottsdale, Camelback Mountain or the hotel's WET deck, the hottest pool scene in the city.

The design of the new W Scottsdale suites will be crafted by renowned luxury designer Theresa Fatino, whose work includes SLS Hotels, The Bazaar by Jose Andres, St. Regis, W Hotels & Residences Worldwide and more.

High style meets comfort and function with the new sixth-floor suites at W Scottsdale. Each features a separate living room, high-tech kitchen and en-suite laundry unit, as well as hardwood floors, sliding glass doors, large balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows. Master bedrooms feature walk-in closets and attached baths with full vanity walls, stone and porcelain textures, sleek chrome fixtures and wall and ceiling-mount rain shower heads. Two-bedroom WOW suites offer an additional bedroom, bathroom and closet.

Comfort meets function in each suite with Flat Panel televisions, cozy seating, and state-of-the-art in-room entertainment featuring a clock/radio/alarm iPod docking station and an extensive, culturally aware media library of personally selected W favorites. A "floating" signature W bed, including 350-thread-count linens, pillowtop mattress, goose-down comforter and down-filled pillows, provides dreamland restoration.
