Las Ventanas al Para'iso Appoints Resort Manager

LOS CABOS, Mexico, February 21, 2007. Las Ventanas al Para'iso, A Rosewood Resort, has promoted Christian Tavelli to the position of resort manager, announced Managing Director Andres Araya.

"Since joining the staff at Las Ventanas in October 2004 as the rooms division manager, Christian has gained extensive insight into our day-to-day operations while demonstrating the skills and creativity that will make him an exceptional resort manager,"said Mr. Araya.

Mr. Tavelli came to the acclaimed Five Diamond resort in Los Cabos with more than a decade of hospitality management experience in front desk and food and beverage positions at luxury hotels in Europe, including serving as the director of rooms division, Hotel & Casino Torrequebrada, Malaga, Spain. He is a graduate of Centre Internacional de Glion, the noted Swiss hotel management school.

Succeeding Tavelli as rooms division manager is Hector Serrano, who has been the resort's director of training for the past eight years. "The in-depth knowledge he has garnered directing our all-important Training Center, which sets the incomparable quality and service standards in all areas of the resort's operations, will make Hector an invaluable manager of our rooms division," said Mr. Araya.
