A New Innside by Melia Hotel to Open in the Center of Aachen, Germany
January 4, 2013 - Meli Hotels International has announced a new Innside by Meli hotel in the German city of Aachen, 80 kms southwest from Dusseldorf and Koln, close to the Belgium and Dutch borders. The hotel, located at the heart of the city, is scheduled to open in the first half of 2015, and will provide 158 rooms, a sky bar and a restaurant at the rooftop with panoramic views over the town, including the cathedral.
The owners, the German subsidiary of Dutch development organisation Hugenholtz Property Group (HPG), has signed a long-term lease agreement with the third-largest Hotel group in Europe, Meli Hotels International, to operate the hotel under its most cosmopolitan hotel brand; Innside By Meli, which offers a business lifestyle experience to its customers.
