Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii - March 4, 2013 - Kaua'i Beach Resort announced the appointment of Jennifer Choi as Director of Finance for the 350-room oceanfront property.

In her new role, Choi oversees all aspects of finance for the hotel and reports to general manager David Sosner.
"Jennifer is a great addition to our team," said Sosner. "She works well with everyone and her experience ensures peak performance of the hotel's accounting and financial management systems."

Prior to her appointment, Choi was Assistant Director of Finance for The Modern Honolulu where she hired and trained staff to include Accounts Payable and Receivable, Income Audit, General Cashier and Payroll.

Choi started her hospitality career with Marriott International where she held finance positions at properties throughout the San Diego and Los Angeles areas. She later accepted finance management positions at luxury resort properties such as Rancho Valencia Resort in Rancho Santa Fe, CA and Montage Beverly Hills.

Choi earned her Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Economics from San Diego State University.
