Lodgian Nominates Candidates to Serve as Directors
FEBRUARY 28, 2007. Lodgian, Inc. (AMEX: LGN), one of the nation's largest independent owners and operators of full-service hotels, today announced the names of the candidates nominated by its Board of Directors for election at the company's Annual Meeting of Shareholders, scheduled to be held on April 24, 2007. If elected, the directors will serve one-year terms ending in April 2008. The nominees, proposed by the company's Nominating Committee and approved by a majority of its Board of Directors, are: Stewart J. Brown, Peter T. Cyrus, Paul J. Garity, Stephen P.
