Crestline Appoints Marlin Keranen GM

MCLEAN, VA, September 14, 2006. Crestline Hotels & Resorts, Inc. today announced the appointment of Marlin Keranen as General Manager for The Crowne Plaza Williamsburg, VA. The 303 guest room hotel, with 17,505 square feet of conference space, was acquired earlier this month by Trinity Hotel Investors, LLC. Trinity appointed Crestline Hotels & Resorts as the management company. The Crowne Plaza Williamsburg was recently renovated and enjoys a resort-like location and amenities. It is conveniently located only one-half mile from Colonial Williamsburg.

Mr. Keranen joins Crestline Hotels from the Holiday Inn on King in Toronto, Ontario, Canada where he was vice president/general manager. He brings extensive hospitality industry management experience that spans three decades. In addition to his prior position in Toronto, Mr. Keranen has also managed Sheraton, Hilton, and Radisson Hotels and held various positions with John Q. Hammons Hotels, Inc. and Ramada Corporation.

Mr. Keranen served in the U.S. Army from 1969 -1972 working for the Army Security Association (ASA). He holds numerous industry certifications including CPFM -- Certified Hotel Administrator. He has been an active participant in the hospitality industry having recently chaired both the Toronto Entertainment District Association (TEDA) and the Toronto Entertainment Marketing Committee and was an active member of Tourism Toronto serving on both the Board and Marketing Committee.
