January 24, 2014 - MBA Hotel Brokers Inc, a member of Hotel Brokers International, announces Michael Kinui as its newest associate broker to the company. Michael Kinui is New York Regional Director for MBA Hotel Brokers Inc. and heads MBA's New York City office.
Michael (Masashi) Kinui is a New York State Licensed Real Estate Broker. His work began in Manhattan in the mid 80's as International Relocation/Sales Agent at J. I. Sopher Co. He formed his own organization in partnership with Mitsui Real Estate Sales. Afterward, he joined MIC Real Estate (A subsidiary of Mitsubishi Int'l) Asset Management/RE Brokerage as Senior Vice President. After five years he joined Turner Construction earning valuable construction site experience. He is an expert in REO/Short Sales and Preservation. He has vast experience performing commercial and residential Broker Opinion of Value valuations for asset management companies and banks. He is capable of assessing construction costs to bring properties to marketable condition, utilizing his diverse experience in real estate, asset management and construction management. He is a dedicated husband, father and community leader.
