InnLink Strengthens Executive Team, Names Richard Corso CEO
HENDERSONVILLE, TN - February 28, 2014 - InnLink Central Reservation Services, a leading representation company for independent lodging facilities, announced today the appointment of industry veteran Richard Corso to Chief Executive Officer. Hired by InnLink in 2011 as CFO, Corso previously held the position of CEO for the luxury Caribbean resort chain Royal Resorts.
"As part of our strategy and commitment to deliver world class service and value to our clients, Corso was the natural choice," said Kristin Intress, President & Board Chairman for InnLink. "This move enables us to maintain exceptional client satisfaction while increasing the growth rate of the core brands.
"Richard brings decades of executive and international industry experience to our team," added Intress. "His exceptional leadership and client focus have been a big part of the record setting results InnLink has achieved in 2012 and 2013. I am confident InnLink will accomplish even greater performance with him in this new role."
"I joined InnLink because of Kristin's ethical and entrepreneurial approach to business. It is an honor to lead the dynamic, professional team she has assembled," said Corso. "Effective distribution is absolutely critical to the success of every hotelier. It is perhaps the most complicated and rapidly changing element of their business. But with these big challenges come big opportunity," Corso noted.
Intress will continue to serve as President & Chairman of the Board for InnLink. Since she purchased the company in 1997, the client portfolio has grown from 700 to 7,000 lodging facilities.
