• Chicago Marriott Oak Brook unveils an electrifying $7 million guestroom renovation this month. All 347 guestrooms and suites will debut the new Marriott in-room technology package, featuring flat screen televisions with a state-of-the-art connectivity panel, enabling one to work, watch and listen simultaneously. Fresh and contemporary furnishings will adorn room and bath. The hotel offers 18,000 square-feet of flexible meeting space.

• Chicago Marriott Suites Downers Grove's main lobby is shining following a $1.5 million renovation that included new lighting, exquisite furnishings, wall coverings and woodwork.
