Angelina Andreoni continues worldwide journey at new Key Largo resort

Playa Largo Resort & Spa, the newest addition to Marriott International's Autograph Collection set to open in early 2016, is proud to announce the appointment of Angelina Andreoni as Human Resources Director.

In her new role, Andreoni is directly responsible for heading the recruitment effort, overseeing all resort staff, improving company policies, administering annual reviews and furthering the career of other talented Playa Largo team members.

A veteran in the hospitality industry, Andreoni served as Employment & Recruitment Manager at Ocean Reef Club, also in the Florida Keys, where she recruited, hired and placed more than 300 domestic and international employees annually within 50+ departments. While at Ocean Reef Club, Angelina was tasked with developing the role of Wellness Manager, working hand in hand with employees and members to create an award winning program and establish a culture of Health and Wellness. Most recently, Andreoni was the Resident Services Manager for CSI Management Services, helping manage 17 luxury condominium associations and introducing concierge services to residents.

“As one of the three percent of the world's population who has traveled to more than 50 foreign countries, I feel my extensive interest and participation in international cultures has given me the ability to connect with a wide variety of people and has helped me to recognize the potential of prospective staff. I'm excited to have the opportunity to expand and develop the Playa Largo company culture,” Andreoni said.

Playa Largo Resort & Spa is the first new resort built on Key Largo in more than 20 years.
